Estimating Foundations, Framing, Windows, & Doors (WA) (4 Hours)
Most licensed adjusters are required to complete 12 to 24 hours of continuing education (CE) before renewing their license. Save time and money with AdjusterPro's CE courses.
As a property claims adjuster, you must be able to accurately identify construction materials and components in order to write accurate damage estimates. In this course, we'll look at a residential home's foundation and framing structures. We'll discuss basic concepts in foundations and framing, as well as different materials and styles when it comes to framing systems, windows, and doors. Throughout these lessons, we'll also offer some tips about how to talk to contractors and how to calculate good estimates for damages to these fundamental systems.
AdjusterPro's continuing education courses are 100% online and can be completed at your own pace, wherever and whenever it's convenient for you. Every course has been approved by the state for CE credits and we'll even submit the documentation to your home state for you.
